Technical data: on each visit, the server automatically records technical information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time) for security and proper operation.

Purposes

Your data is used solely to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up on any collaboration, to publish approved reviews and to keep the website secure (protection against spam and abuse). It is never sold or used for advertising.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (checkbox when submitting a form), on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on our legitimate interest in securing the website.

Your data is processed by Onstill and by our host Infomaniak Network SA, which hosts the website and email in its data centres in Switzerland. No data is transferred abroad.

You may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent by writing to contact@onstill.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch) or, in the European Union, with the supervisory authority of your country.

Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS (encrypted connection) and we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.
